Situated three hours by road north of Sydney and is on the XPT train line (3hr30 minutes from Sydney Central Station – 1hr10 minutes from Newcastle). The Dungog Common is a well-known mountain biking destination in New South Wales, featuring outstanding flow tracks and over 30 kms of mountain bike tracks. Its new Velosolutions Pump Track and dual slalom course (opening in May 2024) has solidified its recognition as an outstanding MTB destination in Australia.

Travel
Getting to Dungog from Sydney airport is best by Rail, requires train changes at Sydney’s central station and Newcastle’s Interchange Station. Takes approx’ 3hrs. Best site is Transport NSW Trip Planner | transportnsw.info
