The UCI World Cycling Center (WCC), which houses the headquarters of the International Cycling Union (UCI), is a top-level training center. It also offers cycling enthusiasts the chance to discover track cycling, BMX Racing by taking part in introductory courses led by professionals. Our Pump Track by Velosolutions offers excellent training conditions for amateurs and experienced riders.

This Qualifier is in combination with Pumptrack Trophy Valais/Wallis. Local riders will also race for the Cantonal and Romands Championships titles 2024.

UCI Pump Track World Championships Qualifier 

Legal age to participate: 17 (2007 year of birth)

Registration is combined with the Pump Track Trophy Valais. Due to your age you might register in the U19, Elite and Masters category. For UCI Pump Track World Championships Qualifier you will start all together in the same category.

Categories Pumptrack Trophy Valais/Wallis: 
  • Mini – U7 Girls & Boys (2019-2018)
  • Soft – U9 Girls & Boys (2017-2016)
  • Cross – U11 Girls & Boys (2015-2014)
  • Rock – U13 Girls & Boys (2013-2012)
  • Mega – U15Girls & Boys (2011-2010)
  • Hard – U17 Girls & Boys (2009-2008)
  • U19 Women & Men (2007-2006)
  • Elite Women & Men (+19)
  • Masters Women + Men (+30)
    -> the kids categories (mini – U17) have qualifying heats and the top 3 will ride the finals
    -> For the adults categories (U19, Elite & Masters), the result is based on the timed runs. The fastest of the two timed runs counts as result and will be the qualification time for the knock-out heat finals of the PTWCQ if you registered for both.

License

An official UCI ID or any kind of cycling licence (Daily, Road, BMX, MTB, Cycling for all, etc.) from the National Cycling Federation is required to participate at this race. Foreign riders need to have an official licence from their own National Cycling Federation to participate abroad.
